Llyn peninsula.
 Criw
is within easy reach of several sandy beaches, to include Abersoch,
Aberdaron, Llanbedrog, and Whistling Sands to name but a few. Hell's
Mouth is four miles away for surfing and other water sports. Located
in the sleepy village of Bryncroes. The village of Sarn is a 20 to
30mins walk along a quite country lane where you will find three
pubs (two of which serve food) and also a garage, Post Office, and a
couple of shops. It also has a restaurant/tea house.

Main house sleeping 6 plus cot.
Downstairs has a spacious lounge with three
piece suite colour t.v. with free view and Hi-Fi system. The lounge
is linked to the dining room (and the conservatory) via an open
archway which has a
 dining
table with six chairs, (high-chair) and also a pub style bar. A
kitchen/Diner with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer
and a
dishwasher. Utility/sun room with washing machine/tumble dryer and
toilet. Large reception area with open staircase.
Upstairs. Three bedrooms, each with
washbasins. Main bedroom with double bed and country views. 2nd
bedroom with double bed and country views. 3rd room with two single
beds. Bathroom with bath and washbasin. Shower room with shower
cubicle. Separate toilet. Airing cupboard. Heaters available. Duvets
and pillows included. Electricity by meter reading.
